The service tech seemed to be thorough. His inspection was conducted on 1 of 2 central AC units, and he informed us that we would need to purchase a 2nd service policy if we wanted both AC units included. This was very disappointing to hear since it was not discussed at the time we purchased a service contract with Althoff and certainly had not budgeted for an additional expense. He also recommended additional services and costs to remedy what previous Althoff technicians had attended to and signed off on.

We had our annual plumbing inspection. The plumber was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. We’d be happy to have him do plumbing work for us in the future.

So impressed with Althoff and more importantly their crew. 2 furnaces and a condenser, lots of custom duct work, etc and these guys made it look and function flawlessly. Fantastic customer support from sales to service and install — Great job!

Our 40-year boiler finally quit...a few days before a severe cold front. It happened in the night and we were able to schedule an appointment first thing the next morning. We were texted in the morning to let us know that Jim was on his way, as well as to provide a photo and background. He was super friendly, helpful and took his time to show and explain everything to us.
We were presented with a few options of what we could do (no pressure!), and decided that given the age of the boiler, we would do a full replacement. Within a short while, Jeff had arrived to go over all option again and discuss payment. He was kind, patient and again, there was no pressure to choose on over the other. After again determining a full replacement was he way to go, he set everything and we had the appointment scheduled for first thing the next morning - right in time to beat the storm!
The next morning, we again received a text letting us know that Shawn was on his way; again we received a picture and bio. Shawn and Braydon arrived promptly at 8, ready to go. They spent the whole day taking apart the old boiler, installing the new one, making sure it was running perfectly and ensuring that everything was cleaned up spotlessly. They also took time throughout the day to shoe and explain to us what they were doing, what we could expect and answer any and all questions we had.
It was a big job, as all the pipes had to be cut, replaced, new seals, new valves, etc. They did an excellent job!!
From the first interaction to the last goodbye, everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. 10 out of 10, I recommend!!!

We are beyond grateful for the amazing work done replacing our furnace. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. The technician explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made sure our home was warm and safe again—especially important for our family. The best in the industry! Althoff has been servicing my home for over 24 years - with a minimum of 2 times each year. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else. Every technician is polite, professional, very well trained and knowledgeable. I have never once felt uncomfortable or questioned their service. They have been to my home at least 48 times in 24 years, and each time is like having my dad or brother come into my home to help me.

Althoff did an excellent job on the replacements of my AC and furnace. The techs were courteous and professional. Pricing was exactly as quoted. They were very careful in laying out tarps to protect my floors and carpet. The final installation looks amazing with everything properly aligned, secured and sealed. The systems have been in operation for a few years now with zero issues.
